By joining Porngreen you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You are at least 18 years old.

You get paid weekly by our payment processor CCBill, by check or wire.

All Payouts are made in US funds.
Pongreen offers a 60% recurring affiliate program. You will receive 60% of the Gross Net until that member decides to cancel. Gross Net is defined as all sales minus 60% of the credit card transaction fees.
Payments are mailed each week. There is a minimum check amount of $25 before a partner will receive a check. Checks are mailed out to partners once a week on Mondays. The pay periods are from Monday thru Sunday of each week. The minimum for a wire transfer is $100.
Only one account is allowed per person, company or organization. If an account is created with false/misleading information, Porngreen reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold all earnings.
Porngreen is not responsible for any losses incurred due to server and equipment down time or incorrect use of the link codes.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid all funds due at that time.

If you are caught violating the terms of this contract and/or cheating Porngreen you will FORFEIT all earnings.

Pongreen reserves the right to delete accounts due to high credit or charge back rates.
Porngreen reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than three months. In such case you will be notified in advance.
Porngreen reserves the right to alter or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible to refer to this document from time to time.

You can advertise our sites by using banners, full page adds, consoles, blind links, text links, exit traffic, opt-in newsletter mailings and blind thumbs. No hotlinking allowed, serve all banners and ads from your own server except where mentioned differently. You are Not permitted to download and host the content yourself from our free hosted galleries/sites.
You should not falsely advertise our sites, including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our sites.
In the unlikely event that CCBill is unable to pay, then no payments will be due to partners from Porngreen.

Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. Including links, graphics, text, or any HTML including Meta Tags for the following content:
child pornography, rape, murder, torture, incest, lolita, bestiality or any form of violence, torrent-sites, 'tube'-sites (contact us if you run a legit/short-clips site), warez, password selling or trading, Newsgroup postings with links to us, Messages in chat rooms, spam e-mails or any other activity deemed illegal in USA and Finland.
