Q: How often do you update your promo content?
A: We try to add hosted galleries quite frequently, we can't put a specific timeline on the updated promotools. If you feel like there's something lacking, feel free to contact us and we can even make you your custom material.
Q: How does your Fetishpimp.com TGP work, why do you have links to it on your hosted galleries?
A: Fetishpimp is our affiliate TGP, just send traffic to it using your link code and you will get credited for all sales generated from it! Its a great way to filter your traffic to other niches. You will be credited 100% of the sales and there are no traffic leaks, possible sales from bookmarkers to that tgp should also be credited to you
Q: How do I get in your affiliate-area?
A: In order to get into our affiliate members area, you have to first register with CCBill, then use the ccbill code you got from them to register to our affiliate area. Be VERY careful when filling out 'step 2', you MUST use the correct ccbill code or you will not be credited for sales, so pay extra attention to it!
Q: I can't get in the members area! What now?
A: Contact our staff. Our old version of porngreen used to have issues with IE6 and 7. Current members-area should be accessible to everyone.
Q: When will you launch more niche sites?
A: As we added 7 new sites, and redid all of our existing sites for porngreen version 2.0, there's no new sites in process. Atleast yet
Q: When I log into ccbill I cannot check individual site conversion ratios, why?
A: CCBill's current system doesn't allow individual statistics for 'sub-accounts'. That's one of the reasons we chose to create our 'custom statistics', from our affiliate area you can check your income, track campaigns and see a lot more detailed statistics than from CCBill's affiliateadmin.
Q: My question wasn't answered, what now?
A: Feel free to drop us an email or ICQ message and we'll get back at you as soon as possible.
Q: Okay, I left you a message on ICQ and/or Email, but you bastards don't answer
A: We get dozens of ICQ messages per day, mostly spam. Please specify your need in the authorization request.. simply 'hi' won't get you an answer. Pretty much the same thing with email, we get hundreds possibly thousands of spam mails per day. So your message might be lost somewhere. Put *porngreen support* or something in the message subject field.
