Questions about our sites

How often do you update?

There's several new videos per week. We don't have an update schedule set on stone, but we have 10+ sites on the network, and each site is updated about bi-weekly. So that comes up to something approximately 1 new video per day. We haven't taken pictureupdates into account when we talk about updates. Our network is mainly about videos. You can check out the updates page to see past updates, that gives you an idea how often we update.

When I join, do I get access to everything? Really?

Yes. You have full access to all of the videos and pictures on all of our websites. We don't have links to any pay-per-view, dating, live cameras or anything else that would cost you extra. So once you join, no need to take out your creditcard again.

I signed up but my username and password don't work, what now?

First, make sure you've typed your username and password correctly. CAPITAL and small letters are not the same. Also, if you've tried to enter too many times with the wrong password, your username is locked out. If you simply cannot log in, no matter what click here to email us (opens your email client), and we'll look into it.

I want to meet *insert model name*, how can I do that?

We're sorry, we don't give out ANY contact details for any of our models. Not even email addresses. Sorry.

I want to become a model for you, who to contact?

We're located in Finland. If you're from here, then feel free to email us, unfortunately we're not looking for models from other countries at the time being.

Questions about billing

What does my creditcard statement say? Can it be linked to porn?

Your creditcard statement will only mention CCBill.com, it will have no direct link to our paysites or any of our domains.

Is it safe to become a member?

CCBill was created to serve the needs of consumers looking for a fast, safe and convenient way to purchase access to online venues. CCBill has been a trusted E-Merchant since 1998, processing millions of online transactions each year and earning its reputation as a leader in the industry.

Are there any hidden fees?

When you sign up to our site, your creditcard will only be billed for the amount shown on the join form. You buy access to our site(s) and our site(s) only. If you choose a recurring subscription, your creditcard is automatically rebilled at the end of the period until you cancel your membership.

How can I cancel my subscription

If you bought a non-recurring membership, you don't have to cancel your subscription. It will automatically end at the end of the period. If you however bought a recurring subscription you must visit CCbill's support page and cancel your subscription there.

I don't have a creditcard, can I still join?

Yes, if you live in the EU or USA you can pay with an online check, or with a direct debit in the EU. However we recommend paying with your creditcard so you receive an instant access to our network.

Questions about our videos

In what format are your videos?

Our movies are served in two formats. We have windows media files, which you can either watch on your browser or download for later use to your harddrive. We also serve our videos in "tube-style" flash video which you can view on your browser.

Do you have DRM-protection?

No. You can view the videos you download from our members-area even after your subscription to our network has ended.

Do I have to/Can I download the videos in small parts?

No. All of our videos are 'full' clips. However, we also do not offer the option to download in parts, so you can only download the full files (50-500mb in size, depending on the length of the video)

What resolution are the videos?

We've licensed our videos from multiple sources. Some of the videos are quite old, and some are just a few weeks old. The resolution of the videos varies from the smaller 320x240 videos all the way up to the "DVD-quality" 720x576(PAL) or 720x480(NTSC), both viewable on any computer.

I'm already a member and the videos aren't playing well on my browser, why?

There's a few reasons for this. Most likely your internet connection isn't fast enough to play the video directly, or we might be having some network congestion. We recommed you download the video to your home computer and watch it from your hard-drive. We have hundreds of videos, and a rendering error might also have been slipped in. So if unsure, or can't make the video work even from your home computer (and you have an up-to-date windows media player). Please do not hesitate contact us.
