1. By becoming a member of this website, you become the Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is subject to change at any time, and the Subscriber will be notified of those changes by email we have on file if the Subscriber is still a member at that point.

2. The subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees as mentioned below:

• Trial period will be upgraded to a monthly recurring subscription if not cancelled before the trial period is over
• Montly subscription will recur automatically for as long until it is cancelled
• Non-recurring subscriptions no NOT recur automatically, and the Subscribers membership will be discontinued after the subscription ends

3. Unless subscription is cancelled in timely fashion, the subscriber grants permission to charge his or her credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of the subscription. The Subscriber must inform billing of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, or theft. Until CCBill is notified, via their customer services, of a breach in security, the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

4. Payment for the appropriate services may be made by automatic credit card debit. Membership will automatically be renewed upon expiration, unless subscription is cancelled prior to membership expiration date.

5. Subscription to the website may be terminated at any time and without cause by either PNG Productions or the subscriber upon notification to the other via e-mail, or by unsubscribing through CCBill's customer services. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of Service.

6. Subscribers are responsible for all computer hardware and software to gain access, and view contents of the website. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of a User ID and a password. Each subscriber must keep his or her own password strictly confidential. Sharing the user ID or password is strictly forbidden and may lead to cancellation of membership without refund. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

7. Subscribers are not allowed to further distribute the content they acquire from the website(s) in any shape or form. This includes, but is not limited to, p2p networks, newsgroups, forums or communities

8. Subscribers are not allowed to use siterippers, download managers or other software to get all of the material hosted at the website(s). PNG Productions OY has software in place that will track such behavior and by agreeing to these terms the Subscripber acknowledges that the subscription, and access to the protected area may be cancelled without refund.
